Job Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PTP Officer to join our General Finance Services (GFS) team.
In this role, you'll focus on reconciling suppliers and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions.
You'll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives—communicating primarily in writing—to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, international environment.Job ResponsibilitiesIssue Resolution & CommunicationCommunicate with bank representatives to resolve file errors, mismatches, or missing dataSupport chargeback-related tasks when neededEscalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-upAudit & Compliance SupportAssist with internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesProcess OptimizationIdentify and suggest improvements to reconciliation and payment processesEnsure data accuracy across systems including SAP, Tableau,



and external bank platformsRequired SkillsStrong analytical and reconciliation skillsGood communication skills in English (conversational level)Proactive, solution-oriented mindsetIntermediate Excel.
