Join our general team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.The Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing and issuing high-volume project and service invoices for customers across the U.This role ensures invoices are accurate and comply with customer contracts, purchase orders, and billing milestones while supporting revenue recognition and partnering closely with Project Managers.Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in billing details and compliance with contractual termsClosely collaborate with the local Project ManagerReview and reconcile billing data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary adjustments or correctionsCollaborate with sales, customer service, and project management teams to gather necessary information for billing and to resolve any billing-related issuesMaintain and update customer billing information and records in the billing systemAssist with the accounts receivable process, including recording payments and updating customer ledgersPerform AR, Revenue & Aging analysisSupport the month-end and year-end close processes,



including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations related to billingGenerate and analyze billing reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve the billing process and reduce errors.
Ensure compliance with OTC internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements related to billing operationsParticipate in the implementation and improvement of billing systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracyProvide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries related to billingUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 1-2years of experience in OTC, billing or a similar rroleExperience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition and billing processProficiency in interpreting billing reportsSenior Billing Accountants, CoE Accounting Manager, Reporting & Analytics team and Country Finance HeadsProficient in ERP systems (relevant to your business unit; SAP, Microsoft Dynamics365 or iScala) Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skillsProficiency in billing software; Proficiency in EnglishMajor Medical Insurance (Individual)~ Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance~
