Account Manager (US Freight Brokerage)We are a fast-growing 4PL/3PL provider offering Managed Transportation (freight brokerage) services across the US.We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own day-to-day brokerage operations and customer accounts, with a hand in training and supporting the team around them as we grow.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations & Account Management- Booking carriers for shipments- Monitoring and tracking shipments- Managing TMS entries- Sourcing carriers and building carrier relationships- Reviewing carrier invoices and PODs, supporting invoicing and billing- Owning customer accounts as the primary point of contact and growing them over timeKPI Ownership- Own account-level KPIs: on-time pickup/delivery, tender acceptance, margin per load, claims ratio, and invoice accuracy- Report performance trends and flag at-risk accounts early with a plan attachedTeam Support- Help train new team members on processes, tools,



and standards- Support day-to-day coordination and participate in 1-on-1 reviewsRequirements- 5+ years of US-based logistics / freight brokerage experience required- Excellent English communication skills required.
This role is all about talking to carriers and customers and building relationships.
