Account Manager (US Freight Brokerage) We are a fast-growing 4PL/3PL provider offering Managed Transportation (freight brokerage) services across the US.
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own day-to-day brokerage operations and customer accounts, with a hand in training and supporting the team around them as we grow.
Operations & Account Management Monitoring and tracking shipments Reviewing carrier invoices and PODs, supporting invoicing and billing Own account-level KPIs: on-time pickup/delivery, tender acceptance, margin per load, claims ratio, and invoice accuracy Report performance trends and flag at-risk accounts early with a plan attached Team Support Support day-to-day coordination and participate in 1-on-1 reviews Excellent English communication skills required.
This role is all about talking to carriers and customers and building relationships.
