EON AI Ventures is seeking experienced professionals to drive the global expansion of its AI-powered Work Intelligence platform.
This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing enterprise and government opportunities.
We welcome business development professionals with a proven track record selling technology solutions into large organizations,



who are eager to grow their portfolio by representing a global AI leader.Develop and execute strategies to expand EON AI Ventures' enterprise customer base across industrial and government markets worldwide.Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with EON's integral growth goals.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, networking, and partnerships.Present and demonstrate EON solutions to enterprise decision-makers, showcasing their impact on workforce readiness, training, and operations.Collaborate with EON's marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a consistent brand and solution experience.Represent EON AI Ventures at global industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.Minimum 2 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or similar technology sectors.Proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships at the executive level.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.A bachelor's degree or higher required.Multilingual skills are an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, events, and business development.Passion for emerging AI and XR technologies, workforce transformation, and digital innovation.
