SailPoint ISC Engineer Contract | Immediate Start | Americas (Guadalajara, Mexico Preferred)We're supporting a integral enterprise seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join their Identity & Access Management team on a long-term contract.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the development, configuration, and enhancement of a modern cloud-based identity platform.
The successful consultant will work within a collaborative IAM team, delivering scalable identity solutions while supporting ongoing platform improvements and integrations.The contract runs through April ****, with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position.
Candidates should therefore be open to future relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico, if required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and configure solutions within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
Build and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows and access governance capabilities.Develop and support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise applications, directories and identity providers.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and operational stability.Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity management solutions.Participate in platform enhancements, testing,



deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support when required for planned activities or critical issues.Required Skills & Experience4+ years' experience working with SailPoint technologies.Strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
Proven experience developing and engineering solutions within SailPointISC.Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and governance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories and cloud services.Excellent communication skills and ability to work within global technical teams.EssentialDirect commercial experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow).
Strong engineering/development background within SailPoint ISC.DesirableExperience working within large enterprise or regulated environments.Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best practices.Experience supporting cloud identity platforms in production environments.LocationPreferred: Guadalajara, MexicoCandidates located elsewhere across the Americas will also be considered.ContractStart:ImmediateDuration: Through April ****Future Opportunity: Strong likelihood of permanent employment, with potential relocation to Guadalajara.
