We are on the hunt for driven Girl Power Collections Specialists to spearhead our latest campaign.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers regarding overdue payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on satisfaction
- Meet and exceed collection targets with finesse
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English
- Previous collections experience is a must
- Residence on the north side of Hermosillo, Sonora
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
