Resumen:
The FP&A; Sr Analyst reports directly to the FP&A; Manager This position will support FP&A; Manager and other areas to prepare financial analysis as required, as well as participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing processes, budgeting and forecasting, monthly business review decks at all P&L; levels.
**Main responsibilities**
- Active participation in monthly closing analysis
- Monthly forecast
- Budgeting process
- Any analysis as required
**Detailed responsibilities**
- Retrieve financial information from reporting system
- Prepare monthly financial information as requested
- Analysis of main accounts
- Revenues
- Payroll
- Headcount
- Leasing and maintenance of equipment expenses
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Desired Skills,



Experience and Qualifications**:
- Accountant with +5 years of experience working full time (not as intern or student) as Finance or FP&A; Analyst, preferably for a Group of companies, with exposure to a multinational environment
- Prior experience in using SAP would be advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, able to make pivot tables, design complex formulas among other.
- Team player skills.
Ability to build good working environment with all members of the Finance Team.
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced English
- Positive, proactive and results orientated.
- Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
