**What your day will look like**:




- Assist customers and their business partners with inquiries regarding our automotive logistics systems and operations
- Monitor day-to-day system operations to promptly resolve data issues, reporting critical alerts immediately
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and communicate concerns and opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders
- Test system enhancements and bug fixes to ensure seamless functionality
- Identify, troubleshoot, and articulate system or data issues in a clear and understandable manner to customers and software developers
- Possess a working knowledge of database management systems and understand table relationships within databases
- Ability to read, navigate, and comprehend technical design documents
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exhibit outstanding oral and written communication skills
**About You**:
- **At least a Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems) is essential**:
- **At least 1+ years of relevant experience is essential**:
- **Fluent in Spanish and have at least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Toad for Oracle, Jira, and Confluence
- ** Legally authorized to work in Mexico**
