Financial Analyst Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (Centrum) We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, including P Macros are a plus).
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
Preferred Experience: • Ownership of Budgeting and Forecasting cycles.
• Variance Analysis.
• Financial Reporting.
• Cash Flow Analysis.
• Profitability Analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
