Team Overview In this role, you will work across the People function to define and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, lead through complexity, and build programs that meaningfully improve TA productivity and candidate experience.

Role Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with People, TA, and Business teams, serving as an internal consultant to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across functions and integral regions to identify key organizational initiatives and manage the strategic roadmap for delivery.
Lead the annual strategic planning process for TA, including budget allocation and management, business needs assessment, and cross-functional alignment.
Align regional and cross-functional roadmaps with the TA Leadership team through bi-annual hiring plan reviews and quarterly rebases.
Partner with the TA Analytics team to define, build, and launch scalable, data-grounded solutions.
Identify operational opportunities and drive improvements across Talent Acquisition programs and processes — including org design, talent strategies,



and recruiting efficiency initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations through clear, compelling storytelling that guides senior leaders to take meaningful action.
Establish and maintain Project Management Office standards, coaching teams on execution discipline and building project management capabilities across the TA function.
Role Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or strategy and planning — experience in high-growth or complex stakeholder environments is a strong plus.
Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex business challenges and anticipate where the organization needs to go next.
Strong execution capability: able to build comprehensive frameworks, operationalize solutions, and scale best practices across a global TA function.
Proven ability to coach others on project management skills and lead cross-functional project teams.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills — able to tell a clear, concise story that influences leadership and drives decisions.
Analytical acumen to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and a continuous drive to find optimization opportunities.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience is a plus.
