The Mission
Support the end‐to‐end payroll cycle — from weekly and biweekly payroll runs to extraordinary payments — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely CFDI stamping.
You will work closely with the Payroll & Compensation Manager to maintain seamless payroll operations, resolve labor incidences, and contribute to process improvements, all within the Mexican legal framework.
What You'll Do
1、Process Payroll Runs — Prepare, calculate, and validate weekly and biweekly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, vacation premium, and aguinaldo.
2、Manage Labor Incidences — Track attendance, medical leaves, vacations, and time‐off requests; ensure accurate payroll adjustments.
3、Calculate Perceptions & Deductions — Handle taxable and tax‐exempt items, as well as severance payments (finiquitos and liquidaciones), in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Income Tax Law (LISR).
4、Ensure Tax Compliance — Prepare and submit CFDI 4.0 payroll receipts (CDFI de nómina) and ensure timely delivery to employees.
5、Administer Payroll Systems — Operate and maintain ASPEL NOI (or similar platforms), ensuring accurate system configuration and data integrity.
6、Maintain Employee Records — Keep employee files organized and up to date,



ensuring all documentation meets audit and legal requirements.
7、Serve as Point of Contact — Address employee and supervisor payroll‐related queries; liaise with HR, Finance, and Audit teams as needed.
8、Support Process Improvements — Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows and reduce manual errors.
9、Prepare Reports — Generate payroll reports on labor costs, headcount trends, and compliance metrics for management review.
10、Coordinate with Vendors — Liaise with banks, tax advisors, IMSS, and INFONAVIT to ensure timely contribution payments.
What We're Looking For
1、Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2、Experience: 2–4 years of payroll processing experience in Mexico, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
3、Technical Expertise:
Hands‐on experience with ASPEL NOI, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar payroll platforms.
Solid knowledge of CFDI 4.0, DIOT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR, and ISR calculations.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
4、Language: Intermediate English (B1–B2) — able to read technical documents, write emails, and participate in cross‐border communications.
5、Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, proactive attitude, professional ethics, and excellent interpersonal skills.
6、Other: Must be based in or willing to work on‐site in Mexico City.
