Our challenge
We ́re looking Support Engineers that will provide first-line production support for the enterprise payments environment using a follow-the-sun model, focusing on monitoring, alert handling, and structured incident management.
The Role
Responsibilities
Monitor payments platforms and dependent services; handle alerts per runbooks/SOPs and perform required RFB checks.
Log, triage, prioritize, route and escalate incidents; support war-room/techline activities as needed.
Conduct first-level incident investigations, produce daily incident reports, and ensure clear shift handovers.
Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles as issues are resolved and lessons are learned.
Support client connectivity and payment lifecycle operations according to defined procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows servers.
Working knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar).
Basic cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
Experience with observability tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, or similar).
Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
Enterprise payments environment (cross-border payments, client connectivity, liquidity systems) and multi-domain production engineering.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Good English communication skills (required).
