Responsabilidades
Manage projects that drive NPD, Design changes, and cost reduction.
Establish process controls for NPD projects that ensure we reach target yields, cost, and quality.
Act as a key link between Engineering US, Operations team, quality teams,



and process teams to properly introduce new products into the manufacturing plants.
Utilize continuous improvement solutions and six sigma methodologies to drive product improvements.
Create Standard Operating procedures for NPD and existing products.
Requisitios
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Preferable degrees would be in Chemical, Industrial , Ceramic, Materials or Mechanical disciplines
2 - 3 or more years of experience working in a related position.
Interpretation of control charts, process capability (Cp and Cpk).
Must speak fluent English
Advanced Statistics (8D's, 5 Whys, brainstorming, Pareto charts, histograms)
Preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience writing PFMEA's
Six Sigma certification
