We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Manager to support strategic planning, financial management, governance activities, and business performance initiatives.
This role will partner with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, support decision-making processes, and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Support the development, monitoring, and execution of business and strategic plans.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial performance analysis.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.
Coordinate governance activities, including management and executive committee meetings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Support regional and global reporting requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and process enhancements.
Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement planning, and expense optimization efforts.
Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial analyses, and strategic projects.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements,



and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, strategy, consulting, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
