Accountable for assigned site(s)
and region HSE programs and activities and works with all relevant employees to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company HSE policies.
Works collaboratively with site leadership to ensure HSE priorities are delivered sufficiently.

Duties develop safety and environmental campaigns, communications, and recognitions in line with Division/Regional strategies.
•Ensures training programs addresses gaps in knowledge and are based on all available HSE data and trends.
Develop programs to improve Site Leadership and employee understanding of HSE programs and culture.
Participate in Supervisor/Manager HSE Training Programs.
•Supports customer HSE requirements including data management for contractor databases including but not limited to ISNetworld, Achilles and other relevant bodies.
•Drives the HSE Management System to be a tool for managing key HSE objectives and identifying potential improvements.
•Reviews all John Crane incident investigations, ensure corrective and preventive actions are appropriate, completed timely, and lessons learned communicated.
•Ensures all HSE reporting is completed, including monthly reporting, customer prequalification forms, and other requested information.
