Essencial Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in domestic or international shipping logistics Advanced English proficiency Soft skills: outgoing attitude, customer focus, sales-oriented mindset, attention to detail, leadership,



and strategic thinking Strong numerical skills Proactive mindset Decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Job Purpose You will be responsible for coordinating and planning the comprehensive logistics of grain transportation and storage.
This includes the efficient management of port and regional shipments, strategic negotiation of transportation rates, processing and obtaining necessary documentation, and effective oversight of warehouse controls.
