We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Manager to support strategic planning, financial management, governance activities, and business performance initiatives.
This role will partner with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, support decision-making processes, and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, monitoring, and execution of business and strategic plans.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial performance analysis.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.
- Coordinate governance activities, including management and executive committee meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support regional and global reporting requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and process enhancements.
- Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement planning, and expense optimization efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial analyses, and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements,



and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, strategy, consulting, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
