At GreenDay Finance, we finance and manage commercial & industrial solar assets across the U.S. — and we're looking for an Asset Manager who's commercially sharp, customer-obsessed, and energized by solving complex problems.
What you'll own:
? Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of solar customers post-commercialization
? Protect revenue, drive collections, and resolve billing disputes
? Coordinate with O&M;, Billing, Accounting, Legal, EPCs, and utilities to resolve operational issues
? Interpret PPAs, EPC agreements, O&M; contracts, and land leases
? Influence outcomes across teams — without direct authority
? Use AI tools daily to work smarter (we're an AI-forward culture!)
What you bring:
✅ 3–5 years in Asset Management, Customer Success, Commercial Operations, or similar client-facing roles




✅ Strong financial and commercial acumen
✅ Confident negotiator, sharp communicator, emotionally intelligent
✅ Comfortable interpreting contracts and juggling multiple stakeholders
✅ Curious, tech-savvy, and excited to use AI in everyday work
