The role is based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City (hybrid role) .
Act as a financial partner to Plant Managers, providing insights into operational performance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process at the plant level, focusing on cost, capacity, and product impact.
Maintain and improve standard costing templates, including governance of material master data.
Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecast by working closely with the Plant Manager and local leadership.
Prepare monthly plant reports using global tools and plant-specific analysis.




Participate in global projects related to process and IT improvements within the Plant Cost Analysis organization.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
~1-3 years of relevant experience in cost analysis or financial planning within a manufacturing environment.
~ Intermediate English profiency, both written and spoken.
~ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
~ Familiarity with standard costing and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ).
~ Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
~ Exposure to general manufacturing operations and multi-country cost analysis.
