Job summary: Responding for collecting and consolidating plant data and being able to analysis of basic data.
Detailed R&R;
# Collect and sort out plant data including expenses details, labor hours, volume, inventory turnover target, capital expenditure, BOM, etc. and preparing relevant forms.
# Cooperate with plant controller to financial monthly and annual closing and ensure the correctness of the voucher in the system.
# Track and control the expense according to budget, including standard cost maintenance, BOM updating, launch cost, customer LTA, CI, purchase LTA, VAVE, inventory, AR/AP aging analysis, economic factors and price reduction and CAR preparation and tracking, as to ensure the reasonable matching of revenue and cost.
# Analysis basic data and complete plant manufacturing cost analysis report, cost variance analysis report and monthly ops meeting report, etc.
# Cooperate with plant controller to complete the annual budget.




# Ensure that the operation of the plant conforms to the norms of financial internal control.
# Responsible for finance controlling according to BOS and TS*****/OHSAS*****/ISO***** standard.
To ensure plant operation according to BOS and improve the relevant procedures and application in the Department.
# Calculate and control all kinds of costs accurately.
Analysis differences between budget and vigente and give solutions under the guidance of controller.
Requirement
~ Better ability of analysis and calculation is required
~ Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting
~5 or more years' experience in cost, budget experience prefered
~ Advance English communication.
~ Automovile industry prefered
