Purpose In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate accounting general ledgers, journal entries and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Will be responsible for the local and federal annual and monthly tax returns, preparing the backups of calculations and delivering the statements in the government web sites.
The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of tax and accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare and maintain general ledgers and tax reports.
Contribute to month‐end and year‐end close processes,



ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Reconcile accounts tax payable and receivable to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
Process journal entries transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of expenses, provisions and accounting adjustments.
Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
Support other accounting areas like Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables or Accounting in different working activities when is required Knowledge of: Good command at SAP system.
Good command at Excel.
Good command at OA system is desirable.
Skills: High level of interpersonal skills to work and interact effectively with others.
Oral and written communications skills.
High target oriented Excellent negotiations skills.
Good communications skills in English (listening, writing, speaking, and reading).
High level of reporting skills Experience / Education: College graduate or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
3 - 5 years working experience in accounting or financing.
Literacy in computer and software (Excel advanced level, Power point and Word) Experience with fiscal portals (SAT, RNIE, Anty Laundry Money, etc.)
