What You'll Do: - Oversee the daily operation of office facilities, ensuring all areas are safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
- Supervise on-site vendors, technicians, and service providers, ensuring quality standards and proper execution of work.
- Act as the main point of contact for daily facility-related issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage the operational needs of company apartments, including move-ins, move-outs, furniture setup, inspections, maintenance coordination, and ensuring spaces are ready for employees.
- Monitor office spaces, meeting rooms, common areas, furniture, equipment, and workplace assets to ensure everything is in optimal condition.
- Coordinate workstation setups, office changes, furniture movements, and space adjustments according to business needs.
- Support Civil Protection initiatives, including emergency drills, safety inspections, and compliance with local safety requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure maintenance, repairs,



and operational requests are completed according to expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility conditions, workplace operations, and overall employee experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field .
- Experience in Facilities, Building Operations, Maintenance, Property Management, or similar hands-on operational roles .
- Hands-on experience coordinating maintenance activities, facility operations, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, preventive maintenance, and Civil Protection requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency is required , with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues independently.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
