You'll drive reporting, automation, and continuous improvement across complex transition programs worldwide.Key Responsibilities:- Act as client-facing expert on transition tools, reporting, and automation (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code)- Lead end-to-end tools deployment strategies and drive user adoption- Design and deliver training on AI, automation, and reporting capabilities- Provide strategic recommendations on operational efficiencies and continuous improvement- Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and client successWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired- :4-6 years in Managed Services, Transition Programs,
