Accounting Coordinator | Confidential Company We are looking for an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join a dynamic and multinational environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial information, maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting.
? Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlines
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of accounting records within the ERP system
- Coordinate and review provisions, depreciation, amortization, account reconciliations, and analyses
- Prepare and validate financial statements and support consolidation activities
- Partner with FP&A; teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial analysis
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement, automation,



and process optimization across Finance
- Lead ERP implementation or migration projects, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
? Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 7–9 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes
- Proven experience in month-end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Fluent business English required; French is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
