You will work in partnership with our modern trade customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both SKINTIFIC and the customer.

Execute the commercial strategy for the customer and channel.
Support the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).

Optimize the use of resources in order to maximize profitability in the operation.

More About This Role The Key Account Junior – Modern Trade will be responsible for supporting the management and strategic development of modern trade accounts (supermarkets/self-service chains, price clubs, and health weekly sales analysis and follow-up on identified opportunities; monthly analysis, reporting, and follow-up of market opportunities; monthly in-store execution evaluation.
Reporting to KAM and Operations Head.
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Job specific requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account / Sales roles within FMCG companies, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty.
