The Opportunity
As an Investment & Asset Management Analyst Intern, you will work directly with our investment and asset management teams and report to the managing partners, acting as a close support to their day-to-day priorities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a candidate with an interest in finance and/or asset management, ideally in the final semesters of their undergraduate studies, with a strong interest in real estate, who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure not only to deal analysis but also to the ongoing management of live assets and investor relationships.
Key responsibilities




- Building financial models for new real estate developments
- Conducting risk assessments and evaluating active projects
- Performing market research and identifying investment opportunities
- Supporting capital raising and debt structuring processes
- Assisting in the creation and structuring of real estate investment trusts
- Supporting asset management activities, including performance reporting on active projects
- Assisting in investor relations, including preparing materials and maintaining regular communication with investors
- Structuring sales proposals for institutional investors

Who We're Looking For
- Strong interest in real estate development, investment analysis, and asset management
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier university
- Pursuing a degree in economics, finance, business, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- No prior work experience required
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Solid analytical, technical, and communication skills, as well as advanced Excel
- Comfortable communicating professionally with investors and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish
