Language(s) and level of proficiency:
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Polish) are a plus.
Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in labor and employment law, ideally with exposure to complex, high-impact matters in a regional and multinational environment.
Indepth knowledge of labor and employment laws in Mexico, with broad working knowledge of legal and regulatory environments across Latin America including trade Unions relationships.
Prior in-house experience is preferred, particularly in supporting business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on employment-related matters.
Strong business acumen, sound legal judgment, and the ability to develop practical solutions to broad and complex employment issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and significant projects with strong planning, organization, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of business priorities, resource implications, and the practical impact of legal advice on cost, efficiency, service, and risk management.
