Role Purpose
Responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and supporting the implementation of digital initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Identify and analyze opportunities for digital transformation within engineering and operations processes.
Support the implementation and evaluation of digital initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions.
Assist in the development of business cases for digital projects.
Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support the change management process associated with digital transformation initiatives.
Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.




Perform network administration tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems and devices.
Document processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in IT.
Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the field.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business engineering, IT, or a related field.
Fully bilingual.
Desired Experience
Experience working with Microsoft O365.
Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and operations processes.
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as IoT, data analytics, and automation.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem‐solving abilities.
Experience with coding in R, Python, SQL, or other languages.
Understanding of IT infrastructure devices and equipment.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle multiple detail‐oriented tasks.
