Finance Coordinator Position Summary The Finance Coordinator provides direct support to Finance leadership team, ensuring the effective coordination of executive reporting, presentations, meetings, and key business initiatives.
This role serves as a central point of coordination between regional Finance teams and Corporate functions, helping consolidate information, monitor priorities, and deliver executive-level materials that support business decisions.
The adecuado candidate combines strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities Prepare executive presentations Consolidate financial and operational information Support Budget, Forecast, variance analysis, and other financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate information requests between Corporate Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit, Compliance, Accounts Receivable, and regional Finance teams.




Support administrative activities within the Finance department and provide backup for key operational processes when required.
Qualifications Must Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience supporting Finance executives, senior leadership, or regional business functions.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
Experience in multinational organizations.
Portuguese is a plus.
Experience using AI productivity tools.
Power BI or experience creating dashboards
