Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking – Make It Possible.As a demand planning analyst you will develop the 0‐24‐month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level, coordinate and influence the building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners, review the disaggregated short‐term demand plan (SKU/location mix and weekly pacing), and provide the finalized detailed demand plan to supply planners, adjusting it based on feedback.How You Will ContributeContribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions.Liaise with commercial and operational teams to continuously improve communication and support business KPIs for their families.Manage the forecast compilation process, owning the short‐term weekly plan and the long‐term forecast (three or more months).
Interact with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts.Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool.Perform root‐cause analysis for continuous plan improvement, addressing forecast error,
