A world-class manufacturing company is looking for a Materials & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations.
This position plays a critical role in overseeing production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and logistics execution to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor production schedules that effectively balance customer requirements, production capabilities, and resource availability.
- Direct material planning activities to guarantee uninterrupted supply of raw materials, purchased components, and production-critical items.
- Establish and maintain effective inventory management strategies to improve accuracy, reduce excess stock, and prevent material shortages.
- Manage all logistics functions, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient material flow throughout the operation.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements in key areas such as delivery performance, inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, and production schedule attainment.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, process standardization, and service enhancement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing materials and logistics team,



fostering accountability and professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements across all supply chain activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in materials management, production planning, inventory control, and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and developing talent in fast-paced operational settings.
- Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems, including planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing operation.
