Responsibilities Evaluate, determine, and drive program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex projects.Provide expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.Develop cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; manage and intervene as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.Provide primary support and guidance to the financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and preparation and release of technical/schedule information required for program/project planning.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline.Experience aligning customer needs with business competencies to drive growth in both existing programs and emerging markets.Demonstrated ability to effectively write technical reports and project proposals.Ability to be company spokesperson for key programs.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to demonstrate ethics and integrity.Detail-oriented with ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking,
