Galley Operations – Entry Level Roles Positions: Utility Cleaner | Dishwasher ?
Position Overview We are recruiting entry-level galley staff for cruise lines and maritime operations , responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in kitchen and food production areas.These roles are essential to ensure safe and efficient galley operations in a high-demand, fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities Utility Cleaner Clean and sanitize all galley areas, including floors, walls, and equipment Maintain cleanliness of workstations and food preparation areas Handle waste disposal following hygiene and environmental standards Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks Ensure compliance with USPH sanitation standards at all times Dishwasher Operate dishwashing machines and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas Support kitchen operations during peak service periods Follow all hygiene and sanitation procedures ?
