Be part of an experienced, solution-oriented, and growth-focused team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceLead production operations across day, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing performanceDevelop, coach, and engage production teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementDrive adherence to safety, quality, food safety, and operational standards throughout the manufacturing processOptimize manufacturing processes involving food ingredients and specialty raw materials to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performanceLead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologiesMonitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve productivity, quality, and service targetsPartner closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) teams to support business objectivesSupport plant optimization projects focused on waste reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellenceEnsure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, food safety,



and company requirements while maintaining a safe working environmentWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within food ingredients, food manufacturing, chemical, or related process industriesDemonstrated experience leading and developing manufacturing teams in a production environmentAdvanced English communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement programsGreen Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement trainingExperience implementing and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiativesKnowledge of food ingredients, raw material functionality, pectin technologies, and ingredient properties used in food manufacturing processesStrong focus on safety, operational discipline, food safety, and manufacturing excellenceHow Would You Stand Out?
