Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying talent needs and designing job profiles to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
Build a strong employer brand to attract the best talent to miituo .
Strategic HR Planning
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Design and implement career development programs, training initiatives,



and performance management processes that help our people grow and thrive.
Manage employee records, onboarding processes, benefits administration, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally with scaling startups or high-growth companies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Experience with digital recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
Data-driven approach to HR analytics and reporting.
