**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
- Experience discussing enterprise agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a team.
- Experience developing enterprise agreement structures and communicating them clearly to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting a goal carrying, enterprise promoting organization in the cloud, software, consulting, or technology space.
- Experience in project management or transactional problem-solving issues.

**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a strategic business partner to Google Sales and Business Operations, accelerating agreement closure timelines while mitigating commercial and agreement risk.
- Manage a global team responsible for ensuring all agreements are finalized with the appropriate information to book inbound business, including ensuring approvals for non-standard agreements have been properly documented, raised to the right approval levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal to ensure processes are designed to be compliant for all integral agreements and policies.
- Manage documentation regarding internal and external facing quote-to-cash processes and policies.
