Job Overview As the General Talent Acquisition Leader, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function worldwide, with direct oversight of the teams in North America, India, the United Kingdom, and every other region where the company operates.
You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and scaling a world-class recruiting operation, blending regional best practices into a coherent global strategy.
A core pillar of this role is the digital transformation of the function: you will identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and candidate experience across all regions.
This role requires a combination of strategic vision, flawless operational execution, people leadership across cultures and time zones, and a strong data- and innovation-driven mindset.
