Thr Role Description The Talent Acquisition Sourcer role at WhiteCrow Research is a contracted remote position based in Mexico City.
The Sourcer will work as an Embedded resource to one of our integral consumer products clients for at least a 6 month period.
The position responsibilites include: Identify, engage, and qualify niche and senior-level candidates across multiple industries, using online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting initial candidate outreach and screening, and presenting qualified profiles to recruiters and hiring managers.
The role involves market and talent landscape research, maintaining accurate candidate records in sourcing and tracking tools, and collaborating with the wider talent acquisition team to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications Strong talent sourcing capabilities, including experience using professional networks,



job boards, social media, and boolean search techniques.
Demonstrated ability to research talent markets, analyze industry trends, and map niche and senior talent pools.
Effective communication skills to engage candidates, conduct initial screening conversations, and present concise candidate summaries to stakeholders.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM or talent management tools, and comfort working with data to track and report sourcing activity.
Experience partnering with recruiters or hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search criteria.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
