Role Description The Hospital Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals and cancer centers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving adoption of Omica's AI-enabled solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings and product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating commercial terms.
The Hospital Sales Executive will collaborate with clinical, product, and customer success teams to understand hospital needs, tailor solutions, and ensure a smooth implementation process.
The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering feedback from clients,
and contributing insights to refine Omica's go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or health IT, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills, including the ability to engage hospital executives, clinical leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of hospital operations, oncology workflows, or healthcare systems; familiarity with AI, data, or digital health solutions is a plus.
Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, use CRM tools effectively, and work with data to forecast and report on performance.
Comfort working on-site with clients, traveling within Mexico as needed, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving mindset, ethical and patient-centered approach, and commitment to advancing cancer care in Latin America.
