Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career
As an Epic Tapestry Application Support Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic Tapestry applications that enable critical health plan and managed care operations.
You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure the platform effectively supports managed care processes across areas such as claims, benefits, enrollment, provider data, medical management, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
This role is well suited for professionals with experience in managed care operations, payer systems, or Epic Tapestry who enjoy solving complex business problems and driving continuous operational improvement.
What You'll Do
Application & End-User Support
· Provide high-quality support to end users and stakeholders utilizing Epic
· Troubleshoot application issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner
· Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs)
· Ensure all tickets and documentation comply with company standards
Epic Application Configuration & Maintenance
· Design, build, test, and maintain Epic functionality
· Minimize errors through thorough validation and testing




· Support system updates to maintain performance and reliability
· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Training & Enablement
· Train end users on Epic
· Provide guidance to improve system adoption and accuracy
· Assist with user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
Workflow Analysis & Optimization
· Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies
· Recommend and implement process improvements
· Support reporting and data analysis to inform operational decisions
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Partner with IT teams, analysts, and operational stakeholders
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
· Adhere to established processes and resolution standards
Who You Are
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree required
· 2–5 years of experience
· Bilingual English/Spanish with professional experience communicating with native English speakers
Skills & Characteristics
· Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn healthcare systems quickly
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
· Organized and dependable, with strong time management skills
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
· Process-driven and committed to quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially Epic
· Experience in healthcare operations or technology environments
· Customer service or application support experience
