What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting-Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
✨ Mandatory: Intermediate/advanced English Strong understanding of financial processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.
AI certification or AI-related knowledge (PLUS) Location: Mexico City – Polanco About the job: Provide functional support and timely resolution of user incidents and tickets related to Oracle and financial business applications.
Support month-end close activities and ensure continuity of critical finance processes.
Troubleshoot issues impacting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other financial modules.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams across LATAM to identify and implement process improvements.
Assist with application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and documentation efforts.
Monitor system performance and support operational excellence across financial applications.
Gather business requirements, analyze issues, and recommend process optimization opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and strong customer service support.
