About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated B2B marketing initiatives for a leading international organization in the industrial events sector.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can translate strategy into execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time while driving audience growth, exhibitor engagement, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Execute B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate marketing activities for industrial trade shows and events.
Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Lead a team of 3 direct reports.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs.
Manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the United States.
Ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements




~ Bachelor's Degree.
~7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing .
~ Experience in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, or industrial events .
~ Experience managing agencies and marketing projects.
~ CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Omeda, or similar).
~ Budget management experience.
~ Advanced English (required).
