ensuring accuracy andtimelyfulfillment.Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customerdatabasesand coordinating with third-party vendors.Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service,logistics, and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.Maintaining customer records in customer database foraccuratetracking and reporting.Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.Maintainaccurateaccount data and interactions within CRM tools.RequisitosBachelor's degree oran equivalentcombination of education and experience.Minimum 2yearof related experience.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and communication.Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with professionalism.Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
