The adecuado candidate will have experience working with clients/business to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality.In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.Candidates should have prior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical as well as Core HR, Security and Compensation support or implementation experience.Qualifications+5 years of experience with Oracle HCM CloudTechnical – HCM Extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP reports, FFs, Rest APIs, VBCS, etc.Functional – Core HR & Security, CompensationADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUSTHybrid role in any of our 4 locations: Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey or QueretaroIn This Role You WillSupport Oracle Cloud HR, Security and Compensation modulesSupport interfaces & reports utilizing HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas,
