A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Clerk with Universal can look like:Idóneo candidates will meet the following requirements:Have prior A/R or collections experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferredExperience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS OutlookExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independentlyResponsibilities will include:Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issuesTelephone, email, and in person communication with various levels of internal employees from our field offices to executive managementUnderstanding and analyzing shipping documentsResearch and problem resolution of customer invoice issuesLearning and understanding industry requirements and changesInteraction with the customer via phone calls,
