**About the Role** We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Mexico.
This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong experience in accounting, tax compliance, and team leadership.
You will play a key role in managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality financial services to clients.
**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and support accounting operations, including oversight of assigned accounting team members* Plan and prepare financial reports (e.g., Athos, ITS, Cash Flow)* Ensure timely execution of deliverables in accordance with quality standards* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and legal requirements* Prepare and review monthly and annual tax filings for clients and local authorities* Coordinate with external parties (e.g., translators, notaries) for regulatory procedures (RNIE, IMSS, SAT, etc.)* Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations* Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliations* Process payroll and calculate related taxes (ISN, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot)* Prepare and submit tax returns to SAT (monthly and annual)* Maintain effective communication with clients,



ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely service delivery* Provide guidance and clearly communicate accounting concepts to team members* Support additional tasks as required by management**Requirements*** Spanish (Native) and English (Basic)* 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field* Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulations* Experience preparing financial statements and tax filings* Experience with payroll processing and related tax calculations* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Team leadership and communication skillsWe want to meet you!
