We are the people who give possibilities purpose BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.Advancing the world of healthTM is our Purpose, and it's no small feat.It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.Direct and maintain the Supplier Management Program.Ensure all suppliers are properly qualified and included in the Approved Supplier List.Develop the supplier evaluation schedule and ensure timely execution and closure.Perform supplier audits and evaluations as needed.Control quality costs for the supplier management program, including incoming sampling and personnel costs.Manage Incoming Inspection, raw material MRB, and Quarantine area.Manage the Approved Supplier List, Alternative Inspections, Test Methods, and Supplier Quality Agreements.Ensure timely management of SCARs, NCMRs, Audit Action Plans, and other supplier quality records.Oversee First Article activities and other tasks related to the Component Qualification Program.Provide direct supervision and guidance to the Incoming Quality Supervisor/Leader, Supplier Quality Engineers, and Inspectors to achieve company goals.Ensure timely follow-up on supplier quality issues.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.Provide support to teams as required.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the strategic priorities and needs of the business.Why Join Us?
