carrier conditions, and pricing)Develop and maintain long-term relationshipsPartner with sales to build bids and proposals for major customers What you'll need to succeed at XPOMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work or military experience3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysisDemonstrated ability to derive insight from large data sets, formulate solutions, and drive actionSolid grasp of economics and supply chainsWorking knowledge of contractual language and agreementsHighly organized work style with proven ability to multitaskExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage the revenue and profitability for a portfolio of accountsAbility to collaborate with Sales team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan.Ability to do critical quantitative evaluation and make recommendationsExpert of cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc.Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results.
Self-driven and taking ownership over workload with minimal management support.Ability to interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers; assist Sales team with negotiation preparationProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licenseBilingual in English and Spanish Preferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or MathematicsMaster's degree3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis in the transportation fieldExperience with SQL and statistical packages
