China Sales Representative (China → Latin America) We are looking for a proactive and results-driven China Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in the Chinese market and drive business growth between China and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize FOB account plans, ensuring volume commitments and commercial objectives are achieved.
Identify growth opportunities, develop new business, and support customer acquisition in the Chinese market.
Analyze account performance and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize capacity utilization and commercial results.
Monitor market trends, identify risks, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Promote import opportunities and identify strategic matchback business potential.
Serve as a bridge between China and Latin America teams, fostering mutual understanding of commercial dynamics and market conditions.




Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to anticipate demand and deliver effective customer solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimun 2 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, or container transportation industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of container shipping processes, including booking, documentation, and transshipment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of the Chinese market and its trade relationship with Latin America.
